Saturday Morning Flower School - Mastering the Art of the Hand-tied Bouquet, Saturday 13th October

95.00

The hand-tied bouquet has become one of the most popular gifts over the last couple of decades, taking over the popular flat pack bouquets that involved a lot of packaging and big bold ribbon.

In this class you will learn how to create a beautifully gift wrapped bouquet and master the art of hand-tied bouquet. You will learn how to condition and look after seasonal flowers and foliage and adapt this method of bouquet making to flowers you purchase throughout the year. Thomas will also share his methods of sustainable gift wrapping and presentation. You will then create your own bouquet under Thomas’ guidance, which will be yours to take home with you.

This course is aimed at complete beginners, aspiring florists; those who love to grow flowers, but don’t know what to do with them.

All flowers will be locally sourced and British Grown, where possible. Expect LOTS of Dahlias, Sunflowers, Zinnias and other beautiful blooms that September will give us!

Price includes refreshments upon arrival, flowers and packaging materials.

Scissors and Aprons will be available to use during the class

The class will take place from 10:30am - 1:30pm on Saturday 13th October at Thomas’ garden studio in Shepperton, Surrey.
